I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this place. I originally came in for laser hair removal and ended up with burns that turned into long lasting pigmentation and scarring on my face and neck. It has now been over five months, and the damage has still not resolved. What’s most concerning is the lack of responsibility and communication. Emilce, the owner, only mentioned that makeup needed to be completely removed after I had already gotten burned and explained to her what had happened. This is something that should have been clearly communicated and checked before starting any treatment. I trusted their guidance, and that trust was clearly misplaced. Since the treatment, I have reached out multiple times while dealing with pain, scarring, and emotional distress from the visible damage. My messages were ignored or responded to very late, with no real solution offered. I even had to seek help from a dermatologist on my own. Instead of improving my skin, I now feel forced to wear makeup every day to cover the damage caused. After months of patience, I still have no resolution, no accountability, and no meaningful support. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but since I can’t do anything about my skin now, I want others to have the opportunity to know before going through the same experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering going here to think twice. Proper care, communication, and followups are essential in this industry! and unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.
