I was called back to the examining room within minutes of arriving. Within five minutes, the PA came in and was very friendly address my needs and was extremely thorough and caring. I have been there many times before receiving the great same service as always thank you so much.
A greater experience, always. They are friendly AND efficient. Surprising how short the wait, which does not seem to be the norm these days. Super pleased with the care. It feels like the caregivers are listening, attentive, caring. Sometimes the procedures are not that much fun, but that’s just the way it goes with skin stuff. Sigh. They are empathetic and feel like true thinking partners in my health care. Thank you!!
This clinic operates very efficiently. I received several reminders of my appointment. Upon arriving I was promptly logged in. The surgery assistant was courteous and very informative about what to expect. The surgeon carefully and visually informed me of every step and consulted on options. Everything proceeded as expected. I am recovering nicely.
Office staff is kind and welcoming both on the phone and in person. Providers are professional and personable. I feel that I am being treated as a person and not as a medical issue. They take the time to form a connection with me as a patient.
