Peninsula Dermatology

We have been to this practice more than half a dozen times now. Every time we call or walk in, the two receptionists are pleasant and efficient. We have confidence in our care. The medical staff are equally pleasant and efficient and knowledgeable. The procedures we have had were carried out expertly explaining what was being done and giving after care instructions.

Excellent first experience at Peninsula with Rachel Sammis, where check-in was fast and friendly. ✅ Rachel was very knowledgeable, listened great and personable, answering all questions to create confidence that Peninsula is the place for my annual checkup. 👍 Living on the Olympic Peninsula, it is hard to get new patient appointments, where I did have to wait quite a while for a first appointment, but glad that I did! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had one good experience here, my first appointment. Then they scheduled me for a check up for a year later. They have no system for reminding patients or confirming for upcoming appointments. It's pretty easy to forget an appointment after a year, and they have a $100 no show fee for the first missed appointment. They lost my business.

Excellent dermatology office. Professional, kind and helpful people employed throughout. From start to finish, appointments and concerns are addressed with respect. It did take time to get my initial appt, but once you are in the system everything rotates smoothly.. definitely worth the initial wait. Highly recommend Rachel Sammis. Always a safe and positive experience in the Silverdale office. Thank you. I do miss seeing Bill Bies, a wonderful human.. wish him much happiness in his retirement ;)
