Comfortable. Efficient. I am a person that is EXTREMELY body shy and somehow they make me feel comfortable for my all over skin exam. Each year or half year that I have to go back has been a little easier. Audrey Ford is thorough and I feel like she treats me like an individual, not just like “ another patient”.

𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 – 𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟! This was my first visit to PH Dermatology and my first time seeing Audrey Ford, PA-C , and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The location in the Boot Ranch area is very convenient, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. From the very beginning, the team was wonderful. The person I spoke with on the phone was kind, professional, and took the time to listen. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately, and the check-in process was fast and welcoming thanks to the online registration and the friendly front desk staff. However, the standout experience was with Audrey Ford and her assistant, Jancelle. Having had limited experience with dermatologists in the St. Pete area previously, my past visits left me feeling rushed, brushed aside, and talked down to. That was not the case here at all. Audrey and Jancelle were incredibly patient and kind, had great listening skills, and possessed amazing bedside manners. I felt completely comfortable discussing embarrassing skin concerns and experiencing a full head to toe examination. Even when I threw them many curveballs and rapid-fire questions during the exam, they responded with trust, patience, and sincere comfort. Audrey was extremely knowledgeable, addressed every single one of my concerns directly, and provided a top-notch assessment and game plan. I left feeling confident, respected, and most importantly, genuinely helped and guided. If you are looking for a dermatologist who treats you with dignity and expertise, look no further.

It was my yearly inspection so I wasn’t there for anything that normally would be super challenging but I had a great experience from in the door to out the door. Everyone was as friendly and knowledgeable as could be. The front desk was inviting and pleasant. Even helping me not having my insurance card with me. They sent me a email and I just photographed the cards from home. Audrey was as good as ever. Again knowledgeable, personable, succinct, confident and trustworthy.

Excellent Dr n her assistant. . personable, professional, thorough. Excellent staff at checkout- the person knows insurance and the products they sell there . No upsell. Just helpful info. I’m so impressed! what a wonderful group Of women!!! Makes the whole experience a pleasure especially if you’re anxious about a derm condition!
