From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a receptionist who had the most lovely smile on her face. Marissa came out and called me into the treatment room, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. Her technique and her bedside manner are unmatched. I had an amazing experience at ProMD! Marissa is everything and more that is advertised, professional, knowledgeable, and so attentive throughout the entire appointment. I received a Dysport treatment on my face. Marissa has such a steady, talented hand making the injections themselves virtually pain-free. She explained each step and took the time to truly customize the treatment to my skin's needs. The office and spa itself is beautiful and relaxing with lots of natural lighting and extremely clean I might add! I can't recommend Marissa and ProMD enough. Matt and Chelsey were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and informative from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a Hydrafacial and eyebrow tint, and I loved my results. My skin felt refreshed and glowing, and my brows looked perfectly shaped and natural. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!
I had an amazing hydro facial! My technician was Jordan and she was so sweet, made me feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the process and products she was using throughout. I left very relaxed and feeling great. The space is beautiful and the whole staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.
