Horrible place. Do not ever go there; save up and go to Milan Laser or somewhere trustworthy. I really liked Katie, but she is a liar. Lied to me that I needed no more than 9 sessions. Mind you, it was already exceeding 12. I was having issues with transportation, so I admit my part that I tried cancelling a couple of appointments. However, it is so unprofessional of them to block me both on my number and my email. You guys will never go far if you do not have a serious reform immediately.

I saw Katie for years. Seemed unusual to have to keep going there for sooo long for a tiny area. She kept telling me it was hormones. I started asking other laser hair removal places and they also said that was unusual. The last time I was there she actually said okay you should be all done -- as if the setting was finally set correctly and the treatment would finally work -- and it did. Very sus!!!! So disappointed, since the years prior to her I saw for other techs on different areas and they went great and have lasted decades now.

My recommendation is to stay away from this location. If you do by chance go here do not book with Katie. You’ll find out very fast that she can be really rude. She can come into work with an attitude. She’s not about the customer and she lies. At the beginning of my sessions for face, she told me it may take a couple more than the six sessions that I purchased, but by no means did she mention that it would take 12 to 15 sessions to get my face hair gone. The last session that I came in I noticed some new hair growth. She told me that I should wait till next session to see if more hair grew so that we could grab it all at one time and I did that. I noticed a lot more hair. I took a couple pictures when I came in today. I immediately noticed that she had a bad attitude. She seemed down. She wasn’t pleasant or friendly. I acknowledged that I showed up at 10:04 and my appointment was at 10 o’clock however, I don’t think that’s a reason to be rude to a client and to refuse her service. I feel like Proskin isn’t upfront about how much it will take for you to get the laser. I wish I would’ve took my suggestion and went to another laser hair removal moving forward. I’m done doing business with Katie and after I finish my package, I will be leaving to another location. . I tried to speak with a manager and none was there this week. Overall, I think Katie has poor taste, and I don’t recommend her to anyone. If a company and their employees cannot have a simple conversation with their clients/customers then it really isn’t a place people should be spending their money. It isn’t cheap. I would like a manager to reach out to me so I could file my complaint personally. And Katie if you see this do better and fix that attitude. It won’t get you far and it certainly won’t get you paid.
