I have been seeing Lisa (the Laser Queen!) for more than ten years now, I followed her to Pur Skin from her last location because she really is THAT GOOD. She is the most thorough person I have *ever* had at doing laser facials, and I've been getting zapped for 15 years now. Whenever I see Lisa I know I can just relax and not stress, because she's going to do an amazing job every time - she's not slow at all, but she makes absolutely sure to get every single millimetre of skin, which not many laser facialists do (most of them just go as quick as possible and then want to get you out the door so they can get onto the next client). Lisa never wastes your time, but she does pay very very close attention to YOUR actual face and skin - and she always goes over your entire face (and under the chin and jaw! she never skimps, I love that) MULTIPLE TIMES, at different depths, just to make sure she's getting *everything.* Something else I really value is that she is really honest about other services you might want to get. If you ask about something that wouldn't work for your particular issue, she will TELL YOU SO. That kind of honesty is incredibly rare in this industry where most clinicians are out to upsell you as savagely as possible - not Lisa. She will listen and then be like "okay I actually wouldn't do that if I were you, and here's why ....." And then she'll tell you what would ACTUALLY work for your skin, your issue, your goals. She has literally never steered me wrong. Every time I take her advice I am thrilled with the results and end up feeling so taken care of and seen. I freaking LOVE Lisa, she's the absolute best. (She's also super fun to talk to, but is also entirely capable of reading the room and letting you lie there silently if you don't feel like chatting that day. I have a bunch of health issues that mean sometimes I just need to be quiet and not talk, and I never have to ask awkwardly for a quiet session either - she just ... notices it all on her own. Love that! She is a GEM.)

Lisa Packel is my hero! I had a BBL and a HALO. She is so gentle and supportive. It’s not an easy experience but Lisa makes me feel relaxed and comfortable and I know I am in good hands. I’m so happy that Pur opened near me. Lisa is an amazing laser provider. I did the combo bbl/moxi and it was probably the most thorough laser treatment I’ve ever received. She was so educational and walked me through each step and what it does. She took the time to go over each treatment area and ensure coverage. With laser providers, I’ve found that attention to detail matters a lot in your results, and Lisa has that in spades. I’ve also received treatment from Dr. Jodie and have been super happy with my results. She thoughtfully advised a different treatment path than I was initially considering and I’m glad I trusted her judgment. In addition to the providers, front desk gals are also really helpful and kind. Look forward to more treatments here.
