I’ve been coming to Pure Beauty since they opened, and they have never let me down! The staff is always so helpful with my wants and needs, and they genuinely take the time to make sure I feel comfortable and confident with every visit. The office is always spotless, the aesthetics are absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Their facials are an absolute must—they leave my skin glowing every single time. I couldn’t recommend Pure Beauty more!
Book here at your peril!! I had a good first experience at Pure Beauty and booked a second appointment for two weeks later. I got at least 3 text messages confirming that appointment, all of which I responded to. Then, the day of my appointment, mere hours before the appointment, the manager called me and blithely informed me that the "tech wasn't in today," so could I switch to Wednesday? I was dumbfounded. I mentioned the numerous texts. "Those are automated." Well obviously, but they're automated by YOU. Why, I asked, had they scheduled me if the tech wasn't going to be there? "We only schedule her the week before." I said that it made no sense to schedule clients before knowing if there was actual availability. Eventually there was an apology, but compelled apologies aren't sincere. I won't ever again go to a place so discourteous about their own mistakes, and with so little regard for their clients' time.
From the very first contact, Pure Beauty Laser Med Spa exceeded my expectations. The scheduling process was easy and well organized, with clear communication and appointment confirmation, which already made me feel confident and well taken care of. Upon arrival at the clinic, the reception was warm, professional, and welcoming :) The team took the time to explain each procedure in detail, answered all my questions, and showed genuine care and attention throughout the entire experience. You can truly feel how much they value their clients and prioritize comfort, safety, and results. I highly recommend Pure Beauty Laser Med Spa and will definitely be coming back.
