Pure Med Spa

It has now been 3 days since my appointment. I was charged for 100 units of Dysport, yet the results are either nonexistent or worse than when I walked in. Looking at my face today, I can still clearly see deep horizontal wrinkles across my entire forehead — there is little to no smoothing. There is a visible raised bump near my inner eyebrow/cheek area that was not there before, or is now more prominent. Most concerning, my eyelids have become noticeably heavier and more hooded, making me look tired and older rather than refreshed. Last visit with 40 units, my forehead was smooth, my eyes looked open and lifted, and I saw results within 2 days. This time, after paying for double the units, my forehead still has deep lines, I have a new bump near my brow, and my hooded eyelids are worse. The product was already pre-loaded in syringes, so I have no way to verify what concentration or amount I actually received. Their own advertisement says "Results in 2 to 3 Days." Today is day 3. I see no improvement — only new problems.I have been using Dysport for a long time and I love this product — I know exactly how it works on my face and what results to expect. I came to Dr. Danuta for the first time because I truly trusted her experience and reputation. What disappointed me also was that I still had makeup on during the injection, and my face was not even properly cleaned beforehand — something I would never expect from a medical professional. It is hard not to feel like the $2.99 promotional offer for 20 units is just a tactic to get people through the door, because once you are in the chair, the actual care and attention do not match the marketing. I came in trusting their reputation, but I left feeling like the priority was selling units, not delivering safe, proper treatment. I have never been this disappointed with a medical spa experience.
