I love this place! The staff here is exemplary. Each and every one of them cares deeply about their clients. Every member of the team is kind and conscientious and wants the best outcome for each person who walks in the door. I have had in-depth interactions with almost everyone who works here and cannot say enough about how awesome they are: Taylor, Marcela, Melanie, Francesca, Stefanie, Joe, and Kevin!!
I’ve been going there for a year and a half. They offer treatments you can’t get elsewhere in the valley, at reasonable prices with zero pressure sales (which would have me out the door immediately.) The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful (Marcella is really just wonderful.) I am very satisfied with the work.
This was my first Halo appointment. The procedure was well explained to me before they started and went exactly as expected. I received great verbal and written after care instructions and generally just enjoyed being there.
The Pure Medspa staff was professional, courteous and friendly. It is a bit premature to comment on the effectiveness of the treatment. This is the second attempt to remove a venous lake. So far, no noticeable difference. I will be happy to change that score of four to a five if the treatment works.
