I had an amazing experience with my PRP treatment! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process, which made me feel completely at ease.The service was excellent, and I could tell she genuinely cared about her clients and their results. I decided to schedule a facial with this location. It was a self service scheduling option on their website. I go to the building they are in and the business is not open. I called and was told they don’t have an esthetician working today. They told me they would see if they could get an esthetician and would call me back. No call back after over an hour. Highly disappointed that I wasted my time to drive here WITH an appointment and was unable to be serviced. I almost never leave low ratings but would hate for someone else to also waste their time. Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
I wished I could give more stars! This place is Amazing! Renee is hands down the best! She puts her heart and soul into her work and is a true artist. Once I found her, I vowed to never let another touch my face. Yes she is that good. She never pushes me to go out of my comfort zone and is always very knowledgeable about her procedures and her products. If you are anywhere near the ATL area you have to go visit her. I would go even if I didn’t live near ATL.
I love love this medspa and most importantly Renee! I have followed her through her career and she is the only one I trust to touch my face. She does a brilliant job with her work, but she is also a genuine hardworking soul! I had PRP on my hair and a patch in the front where I always had short baby hairs finally grew! She does a very natural yet “finished” job. I told her I wanted fillers and she was honest and said don’t waste your money do PRP instead. She was right I look refreshed and smaller pores but not puffy. She is here to help you look and feel your best not just take your money and inject to inject! She puts her heart and soul into her work.
