Before I stepped foot in R&R, I had already experienced excellent customer service. I inquired about a CO2 laser treatment through Instagram DM and was responded to promptly and followed up with a phone call from Karen. Karen was so polite and informative. The next day I was able to come in for a consultation, Giselle was amazing! She was completely transparent with me about what services she felt would or wouldn’t be beneficial for my concerns. Lucky for me, she had the availability to do the procedure that we had discussed and selected together while I was there for my consult. I was reassured and made to feel comfortable during the entire process start to finish. Giselle was so friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. I felt that she was really working with my skin’s best interest in mind the whole time. At the end of the laser treatment, she was really informative on what I should expect and avoid in order to get the best results. I loved her work and how she was able to guide me through an ideal treatment plan for my skin. In addition, the entire place is spotless and beautifully decorated. I am so excited to see my skin starts to look once we are done with the post procedure process and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Had my first Botox appointment with Giselle and I honestly had such a great experience. She was incredibly caring, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment.
