Rêve Aesthetics by Eyebrow Studio - Doral

I went to this eyebrow salon several times because my first two experiences with different girls were decent, and I usually do threading. Unfortunately, my last two visits were very disappointing. During my most recent visit, the technician barely removed any hair with the threading. I mentioned it politely, and instead of fixing it properly, she started aggressively plucking my eyebrows, which was extremely painful. Since neither threading nor plucking worked well, I suggested trying wax. That ended up being even worse. I left with both of my eyelids visibly burned and irritated. The redness and burns lasted almost a full week. I contacted the salon the same day to let them know what happened. Their response was simply to apply aloe vera and that they would call me the next day. They never called. Two days later they texted asking how I was, but there was still no real acknowledgment, apology, concern, or attempt to make the situation right. What upset me the most was not only the poor service and injury, but the lack of professionalism and accountability afterward. I understand mistakes can happen, but customer care matters, especially when someone leaves with burns on their face. No Sorry no apologize nothing. I have pictures which I sent to them

Lauren is the best! It’s been a while since I find a place where they get my brows just RIGHT. Loved her and the ambiance of the studio is great. Prices are also pretty good - Will definitely come back :)

Easily the BEST eyelash lift and tint experience I have ever had!! I have very sensitive eyes and told Antonela this ahead of time, she confirmed that I did not have allergies and took extra time throughout the appointment to assure that product would not get into my ever-twitching eyes. She was very professional and kind, the environment was comfortable and I would recommend her to anyone who has ever had problematic lifts and tints in the past. They look amazing!

Everytime I go, I get my eyebrows done with Valentina & she is the absolute best! I used to get my eyebrows done at another place for years and over time i noticed my eyebrows thinning out so I decided to try this place with valentina and they have grown so much since and they have a beautiful shape! I highly recommend Valentina always she is so sweet and takes her time always
