Radiant Med is a physician-led aesthetic and wellness practice at 118 Columbia Ave in Chapin, South Carolina, serving Chapin, Irmo, Newberry, Lexington and Columbia. It is led by Dr. Monica Milas, a board-certified family medicine physician with 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, who performs every Botox and Dysport treatment herself and is on-site for laser procedures. She works alongside Emma, a medical aesthetician trained at Southeastern Esthetics Institute. The practice focuses on skin health, natural-looking results and aging well, and every plan starts with a personalized consultation based on goals, skin concerns, lifestyle and preferences.
Treatments include Botox and Dysport, Motus AY laser hair removal and laser facials, NOUVADerm laser skin resurfacing and hair wellness treatments with DE|RIVE serum, microneedling with plant-based exosomes, medical-grade facials (the Fresh Start Facial with a light chemical peel, Plane & Peel dermaplaning with a light peel, and Fuzz Off dermaplaning), LED light therapy, Boosted B12 injections and physician-guided medical weight management with GLP/GIP medication for eligible patients. Service prices are given at the consultation; the weight management consultation is $100, credited to the first month of treatment for patients who enroll. The Radiant Club membership builds a monthly wallet balance of $150 or $250 toward services and skincare, with 5% member savings.

Dr. Milas is amazing at what she does. She personalizes each patient’s experience to match what they are looking for. She truly listens, takes her time, and is a perfectionist. I’ve been seeing her for years and I can’t say enough great things about her. Their facials are also amazing!
Dr. Milas is amazing and I highly recommend. I wanted to find an expert more local instead of having to drive to Columbia for Botox. She does a variety of services, but for now I’m just doing Botox. She explains everything with care and keeps what you want in the forefront. She takes before and after pictures to show progress, I’ve seen her twice, and I’m so pleased with my results. I’m in and out, but I don’t feel rushed. She cares for her patients and wants them to feel beautiful! She is affordable and aligns your needs to what you can afford. I once was paying an astronomical amount for Botox because I didn’t know any better. She was honest with me and upfront when helping me decide my path with Botox injections… making certain I am not overdoing it because there was no need. It is now a service that I can comfortably afford. I also appreciate that she does two week follow up appointments after injections to see if you are happy with results and you can make changes as needed. Radiant Med is my new favorite spot for my beauty needs! If you’re looking for a new spot for facial care… you must come check her out! You will not be disappointed!
