Worst experience of my entire life. Avoid at all costs. Leaving with sopping wet shirt and hair. No way they are licensed. My hair is in utter knots and is completely soaked and the girl asked me “if I wanted it more dry”… blow dry was included in the service, so yes it should be completely dry..absolutely awful. Very dirty establishment and didn’t even use the head spa machine. 45 min with my head in a stylist bowl. Neck is destroyed. Wouldn’t return if you paid me. Have posted a photo of the outcome of my hair on their good review to see for yourself. Phewww AVOID
Tina was amazing. She runs the studio on her own so it’s a more personable, comfortable space. She prioritizes your needs and there are so many small touches that made my experience with her amazing. I got an oil scalp massage and European facial. She offered drinks, there was a machine for a foot massage while I was waiting on my hair, and she asks enough questions to make sure you get a great experience. Definitely recommend!
I feel so lucky to have found Tina and her team. They are not only the most sensitive, caring, and kind people, but they are super knowledgable about hair, hair loss, and solutions that go with that. Not to mention that as a special treat, the scalp massage received during a shampoo is so relaxing. Finally, the privacy that their location provides is very welcoming.
I met with Tina for a consultation regarding my bald spots. She was very knowledgeable in regards to my needs and had plenty of recommendations. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Explained everything she was doing and made sure that I was happy with my new look! I'm very happy with the way this turned out. I had my doubts but Tina did a fantastic job making me look great!
