I got the IPL laser done before my wedding day in a matter of weeks. The second time that I had it done, a "nurse" named Marilyn activated the laser not once like before, but three times in the same spot. She asked "Are you alright"? Because I am sure she could see my discomfort. I said, "It's getting awfully hot". N eedless to say, it caused a water blister on my neck. And when the scab healed, it left a scar. On my next visit, I told Amy Powers about it. She replied nonchalantly, it happened all the time. Do not go there. They don't give a damn about mistakes, they only want your money. This was at Rejuvenations.

Kiley has dramatically decreased unwanted facial hair over the course of several months with kindness and precision. Very grateful for her skill and dedication to improving my complexion and confidence!
