Unfortunately, it has become extremely difficult to get through by phone to schedule an appointment. I’m not sure what’s going on, but after multiple attempts with no success, it’s made the process really frustrating and inconvenient. Because of this, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to start looking elsewhere for my treatments. It’s really unfortunate because I’ve always trusted and appreciated the quality of your work. I did want to share this feedback in case it’s something you’re unaware of or able to address, as I’m sure other longtime clients may be experiencing the same issue. Love Abby Coats! She is the best injector in our area! Her years of experience and knowledge is unsurpassable! Being a PA sets her apart from other injectors! She has such knowledge of the face and muscles and how they all work! Her lazer skills are also the best with the advanced training she keeps up on! She is beyond kind and compassionate and explains everything so well! Don’t go anywhere else! You deserve the best!
One star for lack of ease for booking. I have called the number four times and can’t get through. The line says to press option 1, 2, or 3, and none of them connect and work! The voicemails are also not set up. I’ve taken time to set up my online account and tried to schedule my consult online but it also doesn’t work. So frustrating! Why would you make yourself unreachable to clients who want to come to you as a business?? Very strange and a waste of my time. They make you set up your account online with a login and password, but after answering questions online it doesn’t even let you schedule a consult. Phones and website doesn’t work… why?! The website says they offer a free skin consultation of 45-60 minutes but makes it impossible to schedule it.
