Do not recommend, and I left without being seen. I arrived 20 minutes early as requested for my first appointment paperwork, and then I sat. And sat. And sat well after my appointment was scheduled. At the 30 minute mark, I asked the receptionist if they had an ETA. 10 mins later she told me the provider was very behind and still had 2 patients ahead of me. This was my first impression of the office- they could have called me before my appointment time or told me when I arrived early how long it would be. They offered to reschedule me for over a month out when I had already waited nearly 2 months to be seen, and when I asked to have an office manager call me, I was handed a sticky note and told to write down what I wanted to say. I will find another practice that will respect what little free time I have to try to take care of my health.

I would advise NOT to make an appointment at this office. After a long time of this location being closed every time we went to check when we had other appointments in the building, they were finally open a month ago and we made an appointment for May. That appointment was held for one month now and I get a call today that it has to be canceled because of the doctor. No mention of having another doctor, just said that that doctor wasn't available. This location is not run correctly. For medical reasons, it is not so easy as it is for other people to just hop skip and jump to another location. A total waste of time and a useless office. Don't waste your time with this lack of professionalism.

Zara Meadows (PA-C) and her team are exceptionally friendly and manage patient care effectively, resulting in minimal wait times. Zara is fantastic and ensured that the whole experience was comfortable while addressing my numerous questions. This clinic is well-regarded for a reason and usually necessitates scheduling appointments several months ahead.

I was seen at the Prince William hospital address. From the office staff to the nurse that did my pre-visit they were all super friendly. My appointment was with Lori Doyle, PA-C. I cannot say enough good things about her. I was a nervous wreck and I shouldn't have been. She was so friendly. I felt like I knew her for years. I'm so grateful I went there for the care I needed. I would give the Lori and the staff 10 stars if I could.
