I was so impressed with the all staff. From my first call to my visit. They were so friendly and very understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend them. I had very little wait time that really impressed me.
I went in for a minor case of dermatitis on my face. They prescribed me multiple ineffective treatments for almost a month. Then on my 3rd visit basically told me “I don’t know” and said that I needed to get expensive tests ran. After 1 visit with US Dermatology Partners in Joplin they prescribed me a medication that actually worked. Every time I go here I never leave satisfied. Will not be returning, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place with wonderful staff. But I went once for my finger nail and they said we needed to get the test results back before going any further. I called them a while later and they said still waiting for test results. It's been almost a month since I've talked to them and I've never heard from them again. I'm very upset about it maybe it's a minor problem but respect me. Update: ReNu spa called me and explained what happened with everything. They got me in the next day. I feel terrible about my first review I made I was wrong about them. They're taking good care of me now. Thank you ReNu spa
