Dr is the best i have gone to other dermatology in Bolingbrook and didn't help me my dry skin was not going away. DR. Elisabeth help me i no longer have the red skin and dry skin. i drive hr 1:20 to see her but it is all worth going.
Dr. Damstetter is fabulous. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge around medical and cosmetic dermatology. I trust her and recommend her to anyone in need an amazing derm.
These dermatologists are very good and helped me with a serious issue quickly. The Staff was helpful, the offices are nice and clean and lots of available appointments, hence the 5-star rating.
I had high hopes for this practice, but my experience was disappointing. I made an appointment for a bump on my head that I had been concerned about for some time. The physician barely examined it and quickly concluded it was a cyst, immediately suggesting surgery. Wanting to be cautious, I got a second opinion and I’m glad I did. I was told it was not a cyst at all, meaning I was close to undergoing an unnecessary procedure. I found the evaluation to be rushed and lacking thoroughness. I would strongly encourage others to go somewhere where you’re not just a number and they actually care about there patients not just getting paid. The way she spent maybe 5 minutes with me suggests surgery and charged me 400 dollars for this visit. STAY AWAY!!
