As a CEO I expect professional, knowledgeable, attentive and trustworthy staff, employees and vendors. I certainly expect no less from the Medical Profession especially when it comes to appearances, in this case, particularly mine; but I imagine you’re concerned about that as well or you wouldn’t be reading this review. May I be so bold as to intrude on your Decision-making process? I highly recommend a meeting with Dr. Michael Thorpe, now; like today. Drop everything and call! You will not be disappointed. I paid a $50.00 consultation fee to speak freely and candidly with Dr. Thorp and his staff. I was shocked the fee was only fifty dollars. It should have been $250.00. His knowledge and expertise could fill volumes. He’s kind and cares about your feelings and outcomes of the procedures he recommends and you choose. He allowed me time to process his answers and his demeanor allowed me to feel no question seemed small or unnecessary. I may just have fallen in love with Revitalize Med Spa…more to come in the future, I promise. Tell’em Juliann Sent ya. 😉
This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back! I have sensitive skin and Alicia gently tested products on my face while explaining between feeling the products activating and irritation. This was so helpful because I knew what to look for and I ended up having no problems! My face has been glowing for days!! Alicia let me know which treatment options were the best fit for my needs and she did a great job with my facial! I feel like she genuinely cares about getting my skin looking it’s best and focusing on the things I care about the most.
They have a new esti who is a Master Speed Waxer! Justine is crazy good. I have never had a body wax before, was too afraid of the pain, but Justine did it so fast I didn't feel a thing! No joke. Get in line folks, she is the only waxer in town. 💕
