I’ve fallen in love with this place! New ownership and management that puts client safety and experience first. The staff are incredible, knowledgeable, and skilled, and I love the ability to add wellness experiences like Red Light Therapy or PEMF Therapy to heal and energize my body after treatments!
Never answers the phone. Took my deposit and then cancelled my appointment. This happened to me before the new ownership as well. I have always booked 5:30 appointments and they always get cancelled.
I've been going to Joules for over 10 years & I've always had a great experience, with great results. Easy to schedule online, the spa location is central to the lower metro (easy to get to) & the staff is amazing. Recently, I looked around online, comparing prices at different spas in the area. What I found is that Joules is still the most competitive, in terms of pricing. And everyone I've worked with have been just wonderful! I've referred several colleagues & friends & they all say they're so happy they switched from their previous medspa to Joules. You don't have to pay out of the nose for skin enhancement services.
I recently got a chemical peel at Joules Medspa. The New Management and facility is Amazing! I received a great deal and exceptional service. My technician, Kari, was incredible. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the procedure I received, but she also knew a lot about all the other options that Joules offered. She made my experience one-of-a-kind. I definitely recommend the Perfect Peel and this company to anyone looking for excellent product and service. The fact that they sell the most up to date products and use the newest procedures is a plus. I will definitely be back. Thanks for making my day 🙂
