I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Sanctuary Cosmetic Center. First, the office is absolutely stunning! I felt like I was on an episode of The Housewives of Beverly Hills. Upon walking in, I was greeted so warmly and offered something to drink. After completing the usual paperwork, I was taken to the office for my consultation (oral surgery). I met with Dr. Hamad Alharbi, and he was very thorough and patient in explaining what I can expect for my procedure. I'm looking forward to working with him on this.
My first interaction and treatment with the staff and Dr Rostami was positive, when I paid the $800 for treatment. Her staff is great , however, when I came in for second treatment, Dr Rostami was very dismissive, rude and physically aggressive with me when I told her the first procedure she performed did not work. I had a very unpleasant experience, which made me decide to never go back due to her absolute lack of bedside manners, lack of respect for ALL clients and lack of professionalism when you express any type of dissatisfaction with her work. I've never felt so disrespected by any medical provider in my life. I have a scarring on my forehead which she was to inject a filler to level off with the rest of my skin. During my second procedure, she aggressively shoved my head back and poked my forehead with her needle when I was describing why the last treatment didn't work. She tried to shut me up by being rude and aggressive with me, while performing the second treatment, possibly because it was on her dime. I was so offended and left vowing never to return.
I was a new patient and got lost in the parking garage trying to find the office. The receptionist was incredibly kind and actually came out to find me and walk me to the office. She even noticed me walking around the building afterward and took the time to show me the quickest way to get back to the garage. I really appreciated her kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me
I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at Sanctuary Cosmetic Center and had a wonderful experience. I was a little nervous going in, but the entire visit was calm, professional, and much more comfortable than I expected. The center itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a welcoming, high-end feel. My technician, Misha, was great. She explained the laser hair removal process clearly, answered all my questions, and checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt completely at ease in her care. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly easy, and the whole experience felt very polished and well run. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone considering laser hair removal, and I highly recommend booking with Misha.
