Savage Serenity MedSpa is a nurse-led med spa in northeast Fresno, California, founded by Angela Hash, a licensed aesthetic nurse with more than a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine. Angela is also a national trainer for Revance, teaching safe, precise injectable technique to providers across the country. The practice takes a full-face approach to anti-aging, building each plan around skin quality, facial structure and the patient's specific concerns rather than chasing one wrinkle at a time.

Great service! The staff is always so professional and knowledgeable. Their services are top notch and they only use the best products. And as a big plus their providers are highly trained and tailor your treatment. I highly recommend the chemical peel and injections.
Angela is hands-down the absolute best! I’ve been a loyal client for years… she truly masters the natural look. If you’re looking for a medical spa that feels like a luxury retreat but has the clinical expertise of a top-tier medical office, this is it. The Pros: * The "Intimidatingly Beautiful" Staff: Don’t let the sheer aesthetic beauty of the team make you nervous—they are some of the loveliest, most compassionate people I’ve met. They aren't just "doing a job"; they are truly passionate about aesthetics and making you feel your best. * Constant Innovation: You can tell continuing education is a priority here. They are always on top of the latest innovations (think Biostimulators like EZ Gel and PRF, or the RHA collection) so you know you’re getting the "shiny-new" and not just the "classic-old." * The Vibe & The IV Bar: The spa is spotless, gorgeous, and incredibly welcoming. They have a dedicated IV bar featuring everything from the "Fountain of Youth" and "LiquiLift" to "Executive IV Therapy." Plus, you get a massage in their specialized chairs while you drip. It’s the ultimate multitask for your wellness. * Fuel for the Soul (and Body): There is a wonderful refreshment bar in the waiting area. Absolutely the best staff! Very knowledgeable and put your well being first. I had the privilege Of receiving services from both Candace and Michelle. They were both phenomenal. I love how the entire staff is so friendly and non-judgmental. The facility is very welcoming.
