Dr. Papadias was so thorough in her visit with my son. I truly feel like I will find answers through her and she is the best person to treat him. She asked so many questions, had a plan, and reassured me that everything is going to be okay. I know my son is in good hands and I will be back to her for any skin needs my family has!

This experience felt less like a medical visit and more like navigating a completely disorganized and misleading system. Before my appointment(6 months ago) I confirmed pricing multiple times, provided my insurance, and was clearly told the visit and procedure would only be a $10 copay. Based on that, I scheduled not just myself but also a family member with the same insurance. At no point before or during the visit did anyone disclose that the procedure would be billed separately or result in hundreds of dollars in additional charges. A month later, when I came for a follow-up visit I was surprised with a bill for several hundred dollars for a procedure that took under a minute. Needless to say, I did not proceed with the second procedure. What followed was months of chaos: endless calls, no accountability, constant transfers, and repeated promises of callbacks that never happened. Each time I had to re-explain the situation to a different person who had no idea what was going on. On top of that, later I was sent incorrect invoices that didn’t even match my insurance adjustments. After first billing issue was resolved , trying to protect myself from further issues, I went above and beyond before booking a follow-up. I confirmed coverage with my insurance using the exact procedure code provided to me, asked the office to verify it themselves, and even received written confirmation of the expected cost. Despite all of this, when I showed up, I waited over an hour past my appointment time only to be met with confusion and internal disagreement between staff. The provider openly questioned whether the original procedure was coded correctly and warned that I could be billed an unknown amount again. The procedure was not performed. When I asked them to honor the written confirmation they themselves provided, I was told there was “nothing to honor.” At this point, it’s very difficult to view this as simple miscommunication. Patients should not be put in a position where pricing is repeatedly confirmed, documented, and then disregarded. The lack of transparency, internal inconsistency, and inability to provide clear, reliable information is deeply concerning. Between misleading upfront information, billing inconsistencies, and a complete breakdown in communication, this experience reflects extremely poor management and raises serious concerns about how this office operates. Horrible horrible experience!!!!!

Dana is absolutely amazing. Over the last few years I've gone to her, she has helped me tremendously with my skin issues, helping me clear up my eczema after struggling for 20 years. Great practice and would highly recommend.
