This office is a joke. I needed do get a prescription refilled but the pharmacy refused it so I called Sr. Whitkoff's office and they said I needed to come in since it has been a year. Ok fine. So I called to make an appt. and they told me the earliest would be March. Really??? You are making me come in to pay the co pay just to refill a prescription but you dont have an opening until March 2027. Great way to keep patients. Horrible customer service. Maybe dont have a practice that you cant manage in a reasonable manner
Amazing practice. Everybody from the front desk team to the doctor and medical assistants are amazing. Waiting room time is minimal as well as waiting time to book an appointment. Jentry Parafinczuk is very thorough and has a wonderful personality. I refer all of my friends to this practice.
I had a wonderful experience with this practice! The front desk team was exceptional, friendly, and kind. I saw Emily Braun PA-C and she took her time to listen and thoroughly check my skin. She immediately knew what was wrong and explained it really well! I highly recommend this practice!
I recently visited Schweiger Dermatology Group, West Palm Beach Florida. I was examined by Dr. Svoboda for a spot on my nose, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Svoboda was professional, attentive, and thorough in examining the spot. He explained the process clearly and removed some tissue for testing with great care and precision. Throughout the entire appointment, I felt reassured and confident in his expertise. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, and his follow-up instructions were clear and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with the level of attention and care he and his staff provided. I highly recommend Dr. Svoboda to anyone in need of dermatological care. His knowledge, kindness, and professionalism truly stand out. 5 stars!
