10+ Years as a Patient — What a Disappointment I've been a patient at ClearlyDerm for over 10 years and used to recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately, since the private equity acquisition by Schweiger, the quality of care has gone downhill. I came in for two concerns: a skin cancer screening and an itchy skin condition. I was told providers are allotted just 10 minutes per patient and I'd need to schedule a separate appointment for the second issue. When I tried asking questions, I was brushed off with, "The nurse will tell you what to do. I have to go." So now I'm expected to take more time off, drive back, and pay for another visit because they can't spare a few extra minutes? What used to feel like a medical practice now feels like an assembly line designed to maximize billable visits. After 10+ years of loyalty, I won't be recommending Schweiger ever.

Had to wait a bit beyond my appointment time, and had to write a thesis-length essay in new-patient questions, but overall am very happy with the experience seeing Dr. Alexis Tracy. Seems very knowledgeable, and is very pleasant. Also pleasant dealing with the receptionist on the right with the curly hair (sorry, I forget the name). Office is on second floor, and elevators are slow-consider using stairs.

I usually dont do reviews but this cant be overlooked. I took my 6 y/o to be seen by the MD yet i was greeting and had a consult with the PA-C. I dont have any negative feedback regarding the attention from the provider but very likely the error happened due to being one of the last appt of the day. Upon my questioning regarding to what phone # de pharmacy would call (corrosive medication only applicable at the doctors office) at the end of the visit... the assistant gives me an erroneous number which prompted by guessing of the information, i stood up and glanced at the tablet to check the date ot birth and name of the patient and bingo...wrong chart, wrong patient and seen by a different provider than the one scheduled. Same age, same month and year of birth only 4 days apart with similar phonics for the name. The crucial mistake? Not stepping out to the waiting room to greet the patients, not confirming the patients dob and name prior to starting the consult. Our automated system unfortunately keeps us in overdrive and we fail to do the simplest gesture and pause that lead to medical errors, lawsuits or patient adverse reactions. The PA-C which was very nice and took the time to explain the pathology, causes, origins, treatment options also failed to confirm the patients name and dob (we were new patients). Again, not doing this to speak bad about the clinical knowledge of the providers but to avoid this error which if not identified can lead to patient harm...and yes im also a physician and curretly work in the health industry. This is a huge opportunity...

If I could do no stars I do that. This was the WORST place to work with, staff included. I went to the office two times and both times I was turned away. The first time I went there they told me my insurance was invalid, I called the insurance company and they stated it was valid and there was no reason it shouldn’t go through. I told the front desk lady and she said well I can’t get it to go through so unless you want to pay out of pocket but it’s too late now the doctor leaves in 5 minutes. Then after I spoke with the manager in the phone to fix the insurance situation, I made an appointment with the office manager. The appointment I made I put it right in my phone, took my child out of school again for this appointment and now they told me it was an hour ago and o need to reschedule again. IM DONE! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It’s the worst experience ever!
