I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office, particularly with Allan Snyder, PA-C. During my appointment for my 6-year-old daughter, the interaction was unnecessarily harsh, unprofessional, and distressing. He repeatedly emphasized that he would be using a needle and explicitly stated it was a “big needle,” which was completely inappropriate when speaking to a child. Instead of using calm, reassuring language to help ease anxiety, his repeated comments escalated my daughter’s fear until she was visibly crying. What was most concerning is that this approach felt intentional rather than careless. When I attempted to redirect the situation, I was told, in essence, that he “doesn’t lie,” which does not justify alarming a pediatric patient in that manner. In addition, the overall demeanor during the visit was rushed and dismissive. I arrived on time for a 2:30 pm appointment, yet I was informed that the provider was in a hurry because the office was closing and that he “doesn’t get paid for extra time.” This is not an acceptable explanation for the lack of professionalism or patient care, especially for a new patient visit. To add to the experience, neither the assistant (Fionella) nor the front desk staff (Chantelle) offered any meaningful acknowledgment or apology regarding the situation, despite appearing visibly uncomfortable with what occurred. As a result, I left without a treatment plan, without a follow-up appointment, and with my daughter’s keloid scar issue unresolved. This experience reflects very poorly on the standard of care at this office. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that patients—especially children—are treated with appropriate professionalism, empathy, and respect.

All the staff is friendly and professional. Stephanie did a thorough exam and treated several areas of pre-problem areas and took 2 samples of questionable areas for testing. Jennifer(I believe) was a very accomplished and helpful assistant. Even the exit coordinator was very cordial and helpful. Wonderful experience as a whole, as well as separate phases.

I have been coming to this office since before the recent changes, and I can honestly say that everyone here has always been amazing. The only frustrating part of the new changes has been having to go through the call center when trying to reach the office directly. It can be incredibly frustrating, and today I had to call FOUR times before I was finally able to get transferred to the office. I Don’t think the New company realizes how frustrating it is dealing with the AI and call center is. However Once I reached the office, I spoke with ZAHARA, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to help me, patiently explained everything, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. By that point, I was honestly so frustrated and over it, so her kindness and willingness to help meant so much to me. Thanks so much Giving me the information for my husband‘s appointment and also for myself.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Dr\. Alan Snyder and our experience with him\. My son has been dealing with acne, and as a mom, I was very nervous about putting him on medication—especially after hearing so many other parents tell me not to go that route\. Dr\. Snyder completely put my mind at ease.He took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of my questions, went over the medication, the possible side effects, and made sure the proper blood work was done and reviewed before moving forward Inever felt rushed or pressured What I appreciated most was how comfortable and confident I felt after speaking with him. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants parents to understand the treatment instead of just handing over a prescription. We had such a great experience, and I’m so thankful we chose Dr.Snyder to help my son with his acne . I would absolutely recommend him to any parent who is nervous or unsure about acne treatment . He was awesome !
