The first time I went I saw a dermatologist and had a good experience. That MD left the practice. The next time I expected to see her as scheduled and I was seen by a NP who told me she was an MD. I found out different after my appointment. I have serious skin cancers issues and prefer to be seen by an MD. The next MD I saw was a women from Iran who was very nervous freezing a skin cancers issues on my leg. She gave me a numbing shot and then froze areas that weren’t numb and I could smell and feel my skin burning. I said ouch and I have been through this for over 25 years with no issues like this, she said oh wait and took the needle and injected it into my open bleeding area by then. Also a second painful injection to try and finish the job, a nightmare. I never went back. The turnover of staff is very quick and says something about the place. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately, a very sub par experience. I didn’t like that they make it look like there are slots open for doctors, but when you go to book, you get a NP. I respect the education it takes to get there, but fact for fact, I’ve gotten many incorrect diagnoses from NPs, which is why I prefer a doctor. My diagnosis here was, unsurprisingly, also incorrect. So incorrect, in fact, that was in the ER 2 days later. Completely taken off all meds given here and given completely new meds, which finally cured me. The ER couldn’t understand why a derm found it so hard to figure out what was clearly happening. It also took nearly 2 hours to get the rx to my pharmacy from this office. Not a good feeling when they’re about to close and nothing has been sent to the pharmacy. Calls go to a call center and you can’t get anyone directly. I had to go back to the office and tell them to resubmit the prescriptions. Subpar is being generous, imo. Only plus was that I was able to get a same day appt, but what’s the use when they misdiagnosed me and prolonged my suffering. Look elsewhere.

Going to my appointments in the city was rough due to parking. Was glad I was able to stay with dermatologist in New Jersey location. I’ve good experience on my visits. Never rushed. Feel I am thoroughly checked. This review is based on my personal experiences. Would recommend.

Probably the best office out there! Edyta, the office manager, truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She has helped both my husband and me navigate complicated insurance processes and always gets everything handled efficiently. She responds the same day and communicates so clearly every step of the way. If you want an office that’s organized, responsive, and genuinely cares, this is the place to go!
