I received a very professional and welcoming introduction to the office, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable rather than rushed or clinical. During my consultation, Dr. Witkoff, Benjamin DO took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, carefully examine the affected area, and thoroughly explain the available treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that I never felt pressured and was instead guided toward the option that would ultimately provide the best possible results for my situation. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nina Lam. She has been incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout my treatment. Thanks to her, I’ve seen a significant improvement in both my facial skin and my psoriasis with Skyrizi. I had spent about a year exploring other options without much success, and after finding her and her team, everything started improving within just two months. They even helped coordinate with the specialty pharmacies for the medication, which made a huge difference. What truly stands out is the personalized care. That level of attention is rare to find nowadays in the U.S., and it really shows how much they genuinely care about their patients. I had a very nice experience with Dr. Amalia yesterday. I went for my annual skin check since the Florida sun is harsh, and regular checks are must. Booking the appointment was very easy, and the clinic sent several reminders beforehand (lots of them!), which I appreciated. The appointment itself went very well. Dr. Amalia answered all of my questions, was extremely professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the visit. I had my skin check at a different clinic last year, and the experience wasn’t great, so I’m really happy I found a clinic that fits my needs and has the kind of atmosphere I was looking for. I will definitely be back for my next annual check.

The visit was overall very pleasant. I was seen quickly, and Dr.Witkoff was quick to offer solutions in an honest way — presenting the possibility of failure without leading with it or being discouraging. He also sat down, which made it less stressful for me and made the visit not feel rushed. He was knowledgeable to the point where some of the information went over my head, but that's alright. :D The medical assistant was nice as well. Everyone in general listened, and the whole visit was done in under 30 minutes. They answered my questions on other concerns and provided information for me to go over and consider. Even making the appointment was easy. The office was clean and comfortable, parking was cheap, and everyone was well spoken and polite.
