About the Provider
Seaport Plastic Surgery is a plastic surgery practice on East Victory Drive in Savannah, Georgia, founded by Dr. Matthew McLeod. Born in Savannah, he worked as a pediatric cardiac intensive care nurse before graduating with honors from Mercer University School of Medicine, then trained in general surgery and in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Virginia, where he was chief resident, and completed a fellowship in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Surgical procedures include breast augmentation, lift, reduction and reconstruction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, liposuction, body and arm lifts, facelift, upper eyelid surgery and gynecomastia surgery. Dr. McLeod also runs the Georgia Migraine Surgery Program for people with chronic migraine.
Delia McLeod, NP-C, a nurse practitioner, is the practice's injector and clinical manager. Non-surgical treatments include neurotoxins (Botox, Jeuveau, Daxxify and Xeomin), dermal fillers including Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA, Evolysse, Radiesse and Sculptra (from $600), Profound RF microneedling, Renuvion skin tightening and PRP hair restoration. The Seaport Wellness program offers physician-supervised GLP-1 weight loss, with medication from $135 at the 2.5 mg dose and a $150 initial consultation, and hormone optimization. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit, and the office is open Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 2pm.

Dr. McLeod performed a large breast reduction surgery on me, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dr. McLeod is terrific. A few years ago he did a wonderful job on a skin graft for my mom. Last week he did nerve decompression surgery for my husband's migraines. The results in both cases were fantastic. He is kind and extremely skilled. His staff is friendly and helpful and his offices are lovely.
