I’ve gotten two laser hair removal packages for my face and it’s been so great. I have brown skin with black hair and deal with pcos but i’ve seen fantastic results. I love working with my technician YaoYao. She’s so thorough and really listens to my concerns, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Everyone at the office is super nice and the prices are reasonable compared to others in the area!
Marina is truly a MASTER aesthetician. I was so impressed with the service. From the moment she greeted me, I felt pampered. Her technique is so thorough, and I truly felt that the treatment was customized for my needs. Most importantly, this was the first time in a long time that I left feeling "lighter," like I could conquer the day. It's truly amazing to find a practitioner that you feel drawn to. I could tell in every movement that Marina loves her job, and it is contagious. I will definitely be back, and Marina is my new "go-to" for all things self-care. I wish that Serenity would consider a loyalty program for their amazing facials!
Dr. O’Connell and his team have taken really good care of me over the years. I’ve been visiting for the past 3ish years for a tattoo removal and am SO happy with the results! I originally had thick black ink on a part of my back that I thought would never budge, but now you can’t even tell it’s there. I feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit again for the first time in ages. While the tattoo removal process itself is rather painful, Dr. O’Connell’s team do their very best to keep you comfortable and distracted. As someone with sensitive skin, I worried something might go awry with the laser removal process, but I needn’t have worried. Dr. O’Connell always took the time to listen and hear my concerns and never pushed my skin more than it could handle. I’d be happy to come back here again for a different treatment like IPL or something if it weren’t for me moving overseas. Thanks again for your service, Doc!
Marina is absolutely incredible! I just received a diamond facial from her, and I am beyond impressed with her talent. Right from the start, she took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. It was hands-down the most relaxing facial I have ever experienced. Marina is a true professional and exceptionally skilled at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough!!
