DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT visit this business!!! They use expired Botox that will cause a reaction/never work and will not allow you render any other packages that you’ve pre-paid for. In addition, although they are affiliated with GROUPON, they will ask you over the phone not to purchase through Groupon and to pay them directly because Groupon takes a percentage (which they knew when getting into that agreement). Moreover, they are very rude, extremely unprofessional. They will never call you back, hang up on your face, will block any phone number associated to you, and never schedule you for services you’ve pre-paid. If you’ve experienced this same situation, let’s gather so that we can file a complaint with the city and suit against the owner of this establishment. I will be reaching out to the others who’ve have bad experiences and left terrible reviews as well. ‼️In response to your feedback: You consistently refuse to take accountability for what I believe are serious issues with your business practices. My reviews are a response to businesses like yours that either fail to render services customers have already paid for or engage in practices that I believe are deceptive. My reviews are intentionally honest because hardworking consumers deserve to know when they pay for a service and feel they did not receive what was promised. What’s even more unfortunate is seeing how your attitude appears to trickle down to your employees. When leadership consistently demonstrates hostility, disrespect, and an unwillingness to take accountability, employees can begin reflecting that same behavior toward customers. As the saying goes, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree—and unfortunately, that appears to be the case here. Employees should not have to adopt their employer’s poor attitude or compromise their integrity just to keep their jobs or avoid retaliation. They deserve to work in an environment where professionalism, respect, and honesty are valued. And let’s be clear: it doesn’t matter how much white someone wears every day—it is not a reflection of holiness or what is truly in someone’s heart. Clothing and outward appearances do not make someone honest, kind, or righteous. God sees what happens behind closed doors, and He knows the intentions of every heart. If your business is no longer thriving the way it once did, perhaps that should inspire some honest reflection about how customers are treated, how employees are treated, and how business is conducted behind the scenes. I believe actions have consequences, and what is done in darkness eventually comes into the light. I will continue to speak honestly about my experiences, particularly when I have paid for services that were not rendered or when I believe consumers are being misled. Consumers have every right to make informed decisions about where they spend their hard-earned money. My reviews are not about attacking anyone—they are about holding businesses accountable for the experiences they provide.

This is such a welcoming and beautiful spa. Mama Sha, the owner, really cares about each client's experience. I've had facials and supplemental IV treatments here, and I have tried some of the products. If you are looking for a great spa with a diverse selection of services such as massages, facials, injections, and IV treatments, look no further! Knowing how caring and intentional the owner is also makes me happy to patronize a spa like this. Each customer is made to feel comfortable and at home. When I'm in the area, I stop by just to say hello to everyone and hug Mama Sha because she is so wonderful. I look forward to my next appointment!

This place is absolutely amazing. I was greeted with a hug by Mama Sha and the ambiance of the faculty made me feel like I was back at my grandma's house. My treatment was great and very soothing. There was also so many amazing handmade products to purchase that were reasonably priced. I highly recommend giving this med spa a try.
