New patient experience was wonderful. From appointment scheduling to office greeting everyone was awesome. Ava (derm tech) was wonderful; friendly and informative. Dr. Nestor was also great. Very professional and informative while providing a warm and friendly demeanor. Never rushed!! My experience at Siperstein Dermatology is what medicine should feel like.

I was in Siperstein Dermatology on 8/26/2026. I was suppose to be meeting one of their Dr.'s and when I got there I was told that I wouldn't be seeing a Dr. I was going to see this woman Jen. I don't know her title but she was not a Dr..But I agreed that I would be willing to see her. However, the patient should know who their seeing. It shouldn't be a surprise. When I saw Jen I showed her some photos of these bumps on my shoulders and legs. She looked at the photo and said she did not see what I was seeing. I was stunned and beside myself. She told me she could not help me and wanted to prescribe some cream. She also suggested for me to speak to my pain mangement Dr. about this. A pain management Dr. does not get involved in skin problems. So I called the office the next day and nothing was done to help me in anyway. I feel that Jen was dishonest telling me she did not see what I saw in the photo. I called the office the next day to speak to someone about this matter. I did speak to someone and I got know where. The person I spoke with about the situation said if Jen did not see anything then she didn't. I feel she took the side of her co-worker. I swear I did see something and know one could change my mind. I won't go back there. Jen was definitely dishonest and I won't stand for that.
