As an esthetician, I naturally had a lot of questions going in, and Grace Thao was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. She was so gentle throughout the entire treatment and talked me through each step, which I truly appreciated. And the cooling mask at the end was absolute heaven! The space itself is very clean, bright, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.
