From the moment I walked into Dr. Bazzi’s clinic, the exotic, beautiful decor and warm greeting from the staff immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Bazzi was extremely courteous, attentive, and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. He gave me his honest, professional opinions, and I never once felt pressured or like he was trying to take advantage of me. He even brought in his aesthetician to get her professional input and make sure all of my concerns were addressed. I really appreciated how thorough and collaborative the entire experience was. The whole staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, and everyone worked with me to help achieve the results I was looking for. Overall, I had such a positive experience and felt truly cared for from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bazzi and his team! They earned a loyal customer.

This was my first time ever going to a Med spa. I've done a lot of research weighing the pros and cons of locations around Michigan and eventually I found Skin MD (Dearborn Location). Customer service is immaculate. I'm huge on it and everyone was very welcoming. Greetings at the door by name and all. It was nice. The interior also beautiful and clean which matters a lot to me. As a first timer with anything MedSpa related I will say just do all your research beforehand because things did feel very rushed. But that's not a bad thing because again I understand it's a popular location for a reason and Dr.Bazzi runs the show solo so nothing to complain about. I have nothing negative to say about my experience what so ever and from my research prior to my appointment. I trusted that Dr.Bazzi knew what he was doing. I feel fine post appointment and will follow up in a week or 2.

I was refereed to Dr. Bazzi by my mom actually and I couldn’t have made a better decision to have my Botox done by him! 🙂 Very thorough in explaining all the different types and what worked best for me. Not only was he knowledgeable, but also very kind and personable. It was a painless and smooth process, would highly recommend anyone needing Botox or fillers to go see him!
