I was a client for many years but switched to a different provider. Then I discovered Skin Savvy recently logged into my ASPIRE Galderma Rewards account, falsely indicated that I had received a treatment and removed points from my account - all without my permission. As a previous client, my account information was in my file but I have not visited that business for several years, so there was no reason for Skin Savvy to access my account and I did not give my permission. I reported that unauthorized access and theft of rewards points to ASPIRE.
I've been seeing Jill for years, I absolutely LOVE her! Jill has been THE difference in my skin care routine. I went from being embarrassed of my complexion with my acne scars and sun spots and breakouts to getting consistent compliments on how my skin is flawless and perfect. I owe it all to Jill. I never thought it was possible to have my skin look so great. I wish I had met Jill when I was a teenager, she would have saved me thousands on expensive products and protocols that dried out my skin and didn't work well. I now bring my teenaged son to see her, his teenaged, hormonal acne is nearly cleared up!
