Bri is a master of her field. She did eyebrow lamination and lash lift for me and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She listens to her clients-when I came in I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect and I really wanted to make sure I’m being heard and get the natural look that I asked for. Bri took time and listened to my requests. She explained every step of the way, was very thorough and gentle. She also educated on home care routine for eyebrows and lashes. She uses natural products and is truly passionate about what she does. I cannot wait to be back at SkinLab for other treatments. So happy I discovered this place. The studio is very clean and super cute. I have high standards when it comes to beauty and this place exceeded my expectations. 5/5.
The owner is very nice and a very sweet woman. She will go above and beyond to ensure excellent service regardless of what it is you are getting here. I was nervous at first because I’ve never been to a place like this before prior to my first appointment, but she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I received a wonderful facial from Bri. She went above and beyond to target my specific skin concerns and provided a very relaxing experience. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Her spa is beautiful, clean, and calming.
