Great customer service! Kulsum is very personable and knowledgeable about her products and equipment. She will recommend what to do with your skin to get to your goal without the pressure of a salesperson. So far my results have been noticeable and I'm enjoying trying new treatments.
I highly recommend Kulsum for laser hair removal! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Kulsum is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. She is a true professional who took the time to talk me through the entire process, explaining exactly what to expect so I felt completely comfortable and informed. One of the things I appreciated most was her flexibility—she was so kind in accommodating several schedule changes I had to make. Additionally, the spa was very clean and well-maintained. I’m already looking forward to checking out the other services she offers, like facials, in the future. If you are looking for someone skilled, patient, and professional, definitely book with Kulsum!
I highly suggest getting the VI peels. The spa is also beautiful and very well maintained. This is the best medspa in the Chicago area and the owner Kulsum has unbeatable customer service. The prices are affordable compared to competitors as well. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to get some treatments done. I love it here ❤️
