Cancelled an appointment I changed my day for at 10:25 when the appointment was in less than two hours at 12:15. Mind you there’s a disclaimer about a fee for cancelling within 24 hours on my end. I just think it’s unprofessional and really inconsiderate of others time. When I tried to suggest a better way of doing that, the owner was dismissive on the phone and said I booked last week and also that she didn’t “have time” to verify appointments and that employee wasn’t even there on Thursdays. My suggestion was to correct the time and to verify appointments ahead of time, it’s not on anyone else but the owner that the hours available for a client to book are apparently incorrect. Hate to use the word lazy buut it seems to be a theme. I hope leaving this review challenges this business to grow appropriately and respect people’s time.

Called multiple times to make sure that the booked appointment I paid for was confirmed. The manager told me she would double check to make sure someone is there and it showed that they were open online. I drove 35 mins and told her it was a drive for me, but she still didn’t get back to me until 10 mins before the appointment to tell me they’re closed. I literally had a booked appointment. And, no, business hours were not correctly reflected.

Booked through ClassPass. Business states they are “Instant Book: Book without waiting for the business to respond.” I booked a facial showed up to a locked and dark suite, no one in sight. Called the business 3 times with no answer. My appointment was at 11:35am. I get a text at 11:30am while I standing outside the suite that says “We are currently extremely booked today and are prioritizing our scheduled in-house clients. At this time, we do not have any remaining availability for today; however, we do have appointments available tomorrow.” This “overbooked” medspa that is locked and empty is overbooked and no availability for the rest of the day…yet all the time slots are still open on ClassPass. ETA: I booked it an hour prior bc it said instant book and the times were open and available. I got an EMAIL from ClassPass saying it had been canceled. Why would I be checking my email on an instant book that required no response from the business to book? Change your scheduling and don’t allow instant book if it’s an issue.
