Dr. Levine was very professional and friendly at the same time. She listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. The office is clean and decorated uncluttered and feels warm. Her front staff is very welcoming and efficient. The only reason I did not rate a five is because once I was brought back at my appointment time I waited a half hour before the doctor came in the room. I understand they were busy.
I had my first laser treatment at South Jersey Skin Care & Laser Center today, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. I actually had my initial consultation with Tara a few months ago, and she was very informative, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Today I had the treatment performed by Michelle. I have previously had this treatment at a medical spa in Voorheese, so I did have something to compare it against. I will say that the difference was immediately noticeable. Michelle was incredibly meticulous and thorough. She carefully outlined everything and made sure she covered every area, rather than rushing the process. She took her time and was very attentive to detail. After having previous treatments elsewhere, I really appreciated the level of gently care and precision Michelle provided today. It was clear to me that she wants to make sure her patients get the best possible results. I am very happy that I made the decision to go to South Jersey Skin Care & Laser Center. Michelle was indeed fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend her and this practice. Five stars without hesitation!
I've gone to Dr. Levin and her staff for a number of years and always have a very positive experience from registering to exiting. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional. On my last visit Chloe was punctual and knowledgeable. She answered my questions so I could make decisions on my treatment. Not to mention the facility, which is beautiful. I highly recommend this office.
Always so nice from the front desk to my cancer screening! Always so kind and respectful, and QUICK! I was in the waiting room for about 5 mins, and same when I was brought back, 5 mins tops…I love how efficient everything was! The doctor and assistant were so kind and patient. Great experience..5 star worthy!!!
