I did not visit a location and this feedback is for a prep call I had with a consultant. I read over the material that was provided before the call and the directions are clear. She answered my questions to provide me with specific product names to remove any unknowns. She was very pleasant throughout our conversation. Thank you

I began speaking with springs rejuvenation on April 16, 2026. My father passed away two weeks later and I had to cancel the My appointment.They are Currently trying to charge me over $2000 for a service that was not completed. They also start accruing interest the day that the consultation was given on their preferred credit card and not the day of the completed service visit which was never done. Do not trust them. They are financial scam artists.

Springs Rejuvenation in Atlanta was great experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was a little nervous in the beginning but all that went away once Brendan sat me down. He explained everything in detail before any of my procedure was done. I can say the procedure wasn't bad at all. Brendan has been doing a great job following up after surgery. I'm very hopeful on seeing wonderful results with my hair growth. Thanks for everything Springs Rejuvenation in Atlanta!

My experience with Springs Rejuvenation has been nothing but fantastic. The office itself is welcoming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and was very attentive to my needs. Tess and Nicole were great while talking with me and telling me what was going to happen and what they were doing before the doctor saw me. Dr. Sanchez was an absolute pleasure. I couldn’t have asked for a better physician to help me. He, again, explained the procedure, what to expect during and after. I can’t reiterate the amount of focus this staff gave to me while I was there. I am truly impressed. But it doesn’t stop there. My patient consultant, Brendan, was equally impressive. We had phone calls before the procedure where he made sure to answer every question I had about the procedure. He would text me before the procedure to make sure I stop taking some medications I take, or remind me to start doing something else. Even post procedure, Brendan, is still texting me reminding me what I can do and what I still can’t do. That is the purest definition of customer service. Springs Rejuvenation is phenomenal. I’m looking forward to seeing the results and will post some updates in the future.
