I came here for PRF - did 2 sessions - my mom did Botox today - walking into the facility - it’s extremely well know to be a safe environment - it’s in stones spring hospital facility - walking into the office is very convenient - it’s bright and very stylish. My mom loved it, she wanted her living room to look like tmi..the staff, is bright as they can be, even at the latest appointment, that’s a hard feet tbh, I’m pretty much done at 5pm, they do their best to be pleasant, social, very knowledgeable and articulate in the evaluation, medicine, and procedure - they aren’t trying to get your money, they are trying to do what’s best for you - with what they have to offer. We’re walking out, expecting to come back.

She will tell you no if something isn’t right for you, explain why, and guide you toward options that make sense for your face, your age, and your goals — both now and years down the track. That level of integrity is rare in this industry. Her results are subtle, elegant, and confidence-boosting — never obvious or artificial. You leave looking like yourself, just healthier, rested, and glowing. If you’re looking for someone who prioritizes education, ethics, and long-term outcomes over quick fixes, Erica is it. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else. Highly, highly recommend.

I've been seeing Master Esthetician Madison Higgins since 2023, and I’ve continued to follow her to Stone Springs Med Spa because of the quality of care she provides. I’ve received both dermaplaning and a HydraFacial from her, and each time she has been incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process and what each part of the facial is doing for my skin. She creates such a relaxing environment—I actually dozed off during one session and even let out a couple of snores! That’s how comfortable I felt in her chair. The skincare products she recommends are easy for me to stay consistent with, and more importantly, I’ve seen real results from them. I highly recommend Madison—not just for her skill and knowledge, but for the comfort and trust she brings to every appointment.

I had a laser treatment with Erica, and she was absolutely wonderful! Very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back :)
