I was very pleased with my experience thus far. Ryan was so personable and knowledgeable for the service I visited for. I have already made an appointment for future service October regarding moles in my face. I am elated for him enlighting me on how can improve my appearance after inquiring. The Specialist, Dejanae ...Lord I know I just chopped this beautiful young lady's name. She was so caring ❤️ Very clean office and professional staff.
I had a first patient appointment scheduled here which was initially for a later time in the morning, but they called me back and asked if they could schedule it at 730 AM instead, and I agreed. They also emailed me the intake paperwork because they said since my appointment is so early they would like me to do it ahead of time and I did. I moved things around in my schedule because getting to an appointment at 730 in the morning on a Friday isn't necessarily ideal. I got to the office at 7:20 AM, and to be fair the young lady at the front desk was pleasant. At 7:35 I asked what the front desk what the wait was because I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT THERE, she said "its only been 5 minutes, they're preparing the room" I asked them what the purpose of a 730 AM appointment if as a healthcare business you are going to start prepping the room when your first patient gets there. I wasn't having a procedure done, I was simply going int o have a first-time patient appointment with a dermatologist not getting pap smear. I waited for 10 more minutes and simply asked them to cancel my appointment.
My experience with doctor Ryan Hood and the nurse was excellent. They both listened to everything I had to say and took their time with my examination for what I was there for. They really treated me with such great hospitality and I would refer others to go and be treated by them. The atmosphere was so pleasant. So I would like to say thank you to Super Dermatology.
Dr Karja Peart was extremely friendly and super professional. Took time to ask the relevant questions about my son’s rash and did a thorough physical assessment. Educated me thoroughly on how to use the treatments that’s were prescribed step by step, and how to care for his skin within that period. I have no complaints only compliments.i go back in 4wks for review.
