Booked a session for 4:00 PM. Provider texted me at 2:00 PM the same day asking me if I could come in earlier at 2:30-2:45 PM. I responded that I can make it by 3:15 since I was 45 minutes away. I proceeded to leave and while I was almost there, she replied that "she lost her phone between her car seats" and that she had already " an appointment from 3:40-5:00PM" and requested to move the appointment to 6:00 PM. I agreed and I returned at 6:00 PM. At 6:00 PM the office was closed and she was nowhere to be found. I texted her again at 6:15 PM I to ask if she can make her own appointment ( I know - laughable for her ) . She replied that she " had a hair appointment" and that she "was running late" and "to wait for her in the lobby". I was already there and committed to go through this appointment since I would not be able to schedule this service until november now. By 7:00 PM she was still no show and I left. I will let you be the judge for this provider's professionalism and customer service. My experience was negative so I am leaving a factual review based on her customer service. The texts below are entertaining though LOL
Thank you Nurse Danny! I love my results. She was quick but made sure she took her time. I told her exactly what I wanted and she executed it perfectly! She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my results.
I had such a great experience! THE space was clean and inviting, Danielle is clearly experienced. She explained everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Since my appointment she has been sure to check on me and see how everything is going and make sure that everything is healing properly.
Clean area and beautiful area. She also does an amazing job. I love my lips 😍
