Carolyn and her staff are terrific and very professional— she explains and keeps you informed of what she is doing, what to expect, and to call if there’s any concern. Carolyn even takes the time to call the next day to see if everything is OK. The staff is excellent, professional, and the office is exceptionally pleasant to be in.
I had a really great experience with this medical spa. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the staff are professional, welcoming, and genuinely positive, which makes a big difference. I have been doing PRP treatments here over the past six months and have seen noticeable results, which is reassuring when you are investing in this kind of care. Overall, the treatments are fairly priced, the environment is comfortable, and most importantly, they deliver real results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering PRP or similar treatments.
If you’re looking for a place that you can absolutely trust, this is it. All staff is professional, courteous and kind. Carolyn has magic hands and would do what’s best for you.They were there for me pre, during, and more importantly, post-treatment. I work in healthcare myself, and I can attest that this place provides high end, top notch quality of care. I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else.
