Worst experience at a medical facility of my life. I had an extremely adverse reaction to terzepitide. I understand that can happen. I called to ask for advice because I was violently throwing up and had severe pain and diarrhea for almost a week. I got NO response for days. Finally I got a text that said “will look into the dose we gave you.” And then NOTHING AGAIN for days. I called, texted, emailed, left messages. I was treated horrifically. If anything goes wrong with your treatment they DO NOT have your back. They are not approachable, available or accessible in any way. I understand adverse reactions can happen. That’s not my complaint. My complaint is that the staff was the most unprofessional and the least caring I have ever encountered in almost 6 decades of life.
Lynn is really sweet and helpful. I went to her to fix some botched filler from another provider. She took time to assess my situation and come up with a solution. She’s also very personable and easy to talk to, and has reasonable prices. Will be returning.
