“I strongly recommend Dr. Graivier and Dr. Hill at the Graivier Center for rhinoplasty and injectables. I recently had nasal filler ("liquid rhinoplasty") with Dr. Hill”
MIKE ODENSE · GOOGLE REVIEW
Two years ago I had cryotherapy for my chest keloid with Dr. Hill. I expected the area to heal with a small scar, but in the months that followed, the scar got worse. It got bigger and redder. Dr. Hill treated it with steroid shots and three rounds of IPL but nothing worked. Finally, I sent an email to ask if he had botched the surgery and if there was any hope of the area getting better because I want to be a reasonable person and just move on with my life if the answer is no. He got me in for a follow up right away and admitted that because the stitches had ripped during surgery, this triggered more trauma to the area. The surgery was unsuccessful and my body did not respond. He offered to do another surgical removal (without the cryotherapy) but that there was only a 50-60% success rate. I asked his assistant if she would do the surgery if she were in my shoes, and she gave me an evasive, "I think you should do it if it makes you happy." That told me everything I needed to know. A week or two later I sent a follow up email to say that I was going to decline surgery and asked for a partial refund. Seeing as Dr. Hill did take a lot of time in trying to help me after surgery, I thought this was a fair ask and worth a shot. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I sent a follow-up last week to kindly remind them to respond to my email, but they never did. Now, if they don't want to give me a refund, there's nothing I can do. I just figured that anyone in my position would do the same, but this is completely unprofessional, considering I am a patient in their care. I cannot recommend the Graivier Center to anyone hoping to get a chest keloid removed. Save your money and stay away.
Dr. Hill was AMAZING! He’s very personable and clearly loves what he does, which is rare to find. I don’t blame him or the nurse who assisted during my consultation at all—they were both great. Unfortunately, my experience changed during checkout. I had a very intense conversation about the consultation fee, which I honestly did not remember being told about. Had I known they didn’t accept insurance and required a fee, I would not have scheduled the appointment, as I was specifically looking for a surgeon who accepts my insurance for a panniculectomy consultation. What made the situation worse was hearing front desk staff discuss me within earshot. That was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. I understand there may have been prior communication, as I’ve spoken with several providers, but that doesn’t justify being discussed in that way publicly. I do recall one of the staff members being named Cindy. I do want to acknowledge the assistant who spoke to the office manager on my behalf—she was kind, professional, and didn’t treat me differently, which I truly appreciated. I just wish the situation had been handled with more discretion. It was an unpleasant and embarrassing experience that I won’t forget. Unfortunately, it also makes me uncomfortable returning as a patient.
Dr. David Hill at The Graivier Center is truly exceptional. From the moment you meet him, you can tell he’s not only incredibly professional and skilled, but also genuinely empathetic and funny — which makes the entire experience so much more comfortable and personal. He brings such a fresh, youthful energy to the plastic surgery industry while still maintaining the highest level of expertise and care. What I appreciated most is that he never oversells procedures or makes you feel pressured. His focus is truly on helping you feel confident, natural, and your absolute best. What also sets Dr. Hill apart is that his work goes far beyond cosmetics. I referred a friend to him for reconstructive surgery, and the results were life-changing. The level of compassion, precision, and dedication he showed throughout that process was incredible. It’s clear he genuinely cares about improving people’s lives, not just appearances. If you’re looking for a surgeon who is talented, trustworthy, modern, and deeply patient-focused, I cannot recommend Dr. David Hill enough. (ProvenExpert)
Dr. Graivier and his Team are the best in Atlanta. He saved my life after surgery in 2016! He also did a “Mommy Make-Over” and I still to this day get compliments on how I have the best Tummy Tuck anyone has ever seen. He gave me my confidence back after 3 C-sections. Medspa Team has latest technology as well. I love the Micro-needles as well for my large pores. Let’s also not forget the Botox treatments. I look better at 47 than I did at 31 years old! He is kind, gentle. I owe him my happy life!
