About the Provider
The Injector Lounge is a medical aesthetics practice on Lincoln Avenue in San Jose's Willow Glen, founded in 2023 by Susana Mendez, a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 15 years in medicine, including women's health at Stanford. Dr. Charles Tessier is the medical director. Appointments are by booking.
The menu covers wrinkle relaxers (Botox, Daxxify and Dysport), facial balancing with Restylane, Juvederm and RHA fillers for the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples and under-eyes, and Sculptra; PRF microneedling with SkinPen, PRF EZ Gel and PRF hair restoration; CO2 CoolPeel and Aerolase laser treatments; XERF radiofrequency skin tightening; and chemical peels.
Published prices include $14 per unit for wrinkle relaxers (40-unit minimum), $2,400 for a three-area facial balancing session, $1,800 for Sculptra (two vials), $1,000 for PRF microneedling of the face and neck, $1,050 for a CO2 CoolPeel of the face and $3,000 for XERF on the face and neck. Payment plans are available. The practice is open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

I came to the Injector Lounge for the first time at the end of January because one of my best friends was always raving about Susanna and she absolutely lived up to the hype! First impressions, the salon is super cute and clean. Susana is so sweet and took plenty of time to go over everything with me in terms of options and her recommendations (I am a Botox/Dysport newbie) I ending up going with Dysport and so far have LOVED my results! Susana at Injector Lounge, is the best out of the best! I’ve been looking for a new location to get facial treatments and after intensive research, I found Susana. I called right away to make an appointment and her assistant, Sophie, was extremely helpful and answered my questions. After booking my consultation, I was able to get Botox done the same day and the experience was phenomenal! Susana explained the type of Botox and where the areas that needed the Botox. I’m seeing her again for two weeks for a follow up and looking forward to many more treatments. I highly highly recommend! :)
