The Laser Professionals

Very unreliable experience. I worked with Ryan, who arranged a diagnostic for the laser before purchase. The diagnostic went well, and I paid the agreed $500 cash payment on January 25, 2026. Ryan promised to send an invoice afterward, but despite dozens of calls and voicemails, I never received any paperwork. He rarely answers my calls. Interestingly, when I call from a different phone number, he picks up immediately and promises to send the invoice — but it still never happens. Based on my experience, I would not trust this person to repair or service my device. Poor communication and lack of follow-through.

We will never use this company again. We were promised a 3-day turnaround time, but after sending out our laser handpiece, we never even received confirmation that it had been received. We heard absolutely nothing for almost 2 weeks despite multiple calls and voicemails. Franke never answered or returned our calls, and we eventually had to call the company number directly just to get any information. Even then, we were told they “didn’t know the status” and that it “might be more than originally thought” — which would have been nice to communicate earlier. To make matters worse, the handpiece was sent back to us completely unrepaired, and no one informed us it wasn’t fixed or that it was even being shipped back. After reinstalling the handpiece, we are now experiencing a completely different error on the machine that we were not having before sending it in. At this point, our laser has now been nonfunctional for over a month and is still not working, leaving us completely back at square one. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service was unbelievable. Stay away.

I will never use The Laser Professionals again. I had a terrible experience. They were to repair my IPL hand piece because the tip was not chilling anymore. The hand piece had to be shipped back and forth twice- because the glue "didn't hold" the first time- so the hand piece was pulling apart. When I received it back the second time- it was still not glued properly. It cannot be fixed at all now- because it was cracked open when they pulled it apart to get into the inside of the hand piece. I am not only out $1600 plus all of the extra shipping costs that I incurred- but now I have to order a whole new hand piece. Not to mention the patients we lost because this has been now going on for 8 weeks. DO NOT USE LASER PROFESSIONALS!!! See pictures of the condition of my hand piece!!!! Please spread the word- so no other small business owner has to go through an experience like this!!

These guys are truly Laser Professionals! After having been scammed by a different laser repair company and had parts stolen from our Candela Laser machine, Franke, Ryan, and Rafael got us back up and running. They were extremely considerate after knowing what we had been through and made sure to be as transparent as possible. We highly recommend these guys! If you have a Candela machine, The Laser Professionals are the ONLY repair company you can trust!
